With more than 20 years of expe­ri­ence in the lux­u­ry mar­ket, I final­ly seized the oppor­tu­ni­ty and found­ed Elec­ti Table. This I did togeth­er with the very accom­plished som­me­li­er, and Direc­tor of the Nor­we­gian Som­me­li­er edu­ca­tion – Dan Lystad.

My grand­fa­ther from Paris always fas­ci­nat­ed me with his way of gath­er­ing peo­ple around beau­ti­ful tables filled with porce­lain, crys­tals, dec­o­ra­tions and, of course, deli­cious food and wine. The time was ripe to fol­low in his foot­prints, and to pur­sue my dream.

To me Elec­ti Table embod­ies the won­der­ful things in life – the way of appre­ci­at­ing quaint moments around the table, tak­ing time to enjoy and to see, to feel and to sense.

Mariann Urnes

Orig­i­nal­ly from Oslo, Mariann has always had an enthu­si­asm for French lux­u­ry. At a young age she was acquaint­ed to «the art of liv­ing» by her grand­fa­ther from Paris. Mariann has a Bach­e­lor in Inter­na­tion­al Export from Auden­cia Nantes. In 2004 she com­plet­ed a Mas­ter’s Degree in The Inter­na­tion­al Lux­u­ry Indus­try, at the «Institut Supérieure des Sciences, techniques et Economie Commerciale» in Paris. Along with her stud­ies she has more than 17 years of expe­ri­ence from work­ing with PR, Mar­ket­ing and sales – in com­pa­nies like L’Oréal and LVMH Moët Hen­nessy Louis Vuit­ton.

Dan Lystad

Dan Lystad is one of the most accom­plished som­me­liers in Scandinavia. With more than 20 years in the restau­rant indus­try, he has a pro­found knowl­edge in all areas of wine, beer and liquor pro­duc­tion.

Dan is edu­cat­ed at the pres­ti­gious Court of Mas­ter Som­me­li­er, and he owns the Nor­we­gian Som­me­li­er School – which edu­cates som­me­liers to the Scan­di­na­vian restau­rant indus­try.
